Shipping Policy
Every order we get at GamexCart means a family somewhere is about to sit down together, roll some dice, deal some cards or put together a puzzle. That matters to us. So we do not treat orders like just another parcel going out the door. We pack things properly, we send them out as fast as we can and we make sure they reach you in good shape no matter where you are in Pakistan.
Where We Deliver
We deliver all across Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Abbottabad and Bahawalpur are all covered. If you live in a smaller city, a town or even a village, we will still deliver to you. Just keep in mind that remote areas can take a bit longer depending on where exactly you are and which courier routes are available there.
Delivery Time
We try to get orders out fast. In Lahore orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days. For other major cities it normally takes 3 to 5 working days. For areas that are harder to reach it can go up to 5 to 7 working days. During busy periods like holidays or sales things can slow down a little but we keep things moving as much as we can on our end.
Shipping Charges
We keep the charges simple. There is a flat delivery fee of Rs. 300 on all orders. If your order total is above Rs. 5000 then delivery is free. No conditions, no fine print.
Order Processing and Tracking
Once your order is placed we get to work on it right away. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. You will hear from us through a call, SMS, WhatsApp or email to confirm everything is good. Once your order is dispatched we send you tracking details so you can follow your parcel and know exactly when to expect it.
Payment Options
We give you a few ways to pay so you can pick whatever works best for you. Cash on Delivery means you pay when the parcel arrives at your door. Bank Transfer is available if you prefer to pay before delivery. EasyPaisa and JazzCash are also accepted for quick and easy payments.
If a Delivery Does Not Go Through
Our courier will try to deliver your order two times. If both attempts do not work out, maybe the number was unreachable or no one was available to receive it, the order will be cancelled and returned to us. To avoid this just make sure the phone number on your order is correct and someone is available to receive the parcel.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Please double check your phone number before placing an order. Delays can sometimes happen because of weather, courier issues or things that are just out of anyone's control. In rare cases if something you ordered turns out to be out of stock we will cancel that item and let you know right away.
