At GamexCart we stand behind every product we make and sell. We manufacture our board games and card games ourselves so we know exactly what goes into each one. But we also know that sometimes things do not go as expected during transit or packaging. If something is not right with your order, we are here to fix it.
We accept return and exchange requests in three situations. If your item arrived damaged or broken during delivery. If you received a wrong item that is different from what you actually ordered. Or if something was missing from your package when it arrived.
Outside of these reasons we are not able to process returns. Items that have been used, items bought during a sale or clearance, and returns based on a change of mind after delivery are not eligible.
Because our products are physical goods that can be tricky to assess after time passes, we need you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. That is 2 days from the day your parcel arrives. Once that window passes we will not be able to process the request.
To report an issue, reach us on WhatsApp at 0320-6543210 or email us at info@gamexcart.com. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue so we can look into it straight away.
For your return to be processed the item needs to be unused and in its original condition. The original packaging should be intact. You will also need to share your order number or a copy of your invoice with us. If these conditions are not met we will not be able to move forward with the request.
If your return is approved you can choose between a direct bank transfer to your account or a store coupon that you can use on your next order. Once the item is back with us please allow 8 to 10 working days for the refund to come through. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund. The only thing to keep in mind is that the original delivery charges are not refunded.
If you want to exchange a product for something else you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request it. Delivery charges for the exchange are the customer's responsibility. The only exception is if we sent you the wrong item or a damaged one in that case GamexCart will cover all the shipping costs for the replacement. No arguments, no hassle.
