By using the GamexCart website you are agreeing to the basic terms on this page. We have kept things simple and straightforward because we believe there is no need to make this more complicated than it has to be. Just a few things to keep everything clear between you and us.

Pricing

All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do update prices from time to time without always giving advance notice. This can happen when our costs change or when stock situations shift. Any discount or deal you see on the website is not permanent. It depends on availability and how long the offer runs. If a price has changed between the time you saw it and the time you ordered, we will let you know before the order is confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order on GamexCart does not automatically confirm it. Every order goes through a quick verification from our side first. We will reach out through a call, WhatsApp message, SMS or email to confirm the details. Once that is done your order moves forward. In some cases we may have to cancel an order, for example if the item turns out to be out of stock or if there is any issue we cannot work around. If that happens we will inform you straight away.

Product Details

We try to show everything as clearly and accurately as possible on the website. Product images are there to give you a good idea of what you are getting. That said, minor differences in color or small details can sometimes happen, especially with photographed products. These are not defects. If you ever have a concern about something specific just reach out to us before ordering and we will clear it up.

Website Content

Everything on the GamexCart website, including images, text, product descriptions and the logo, belongs to GamexCart. Using or copying any of it without our permission is not allowed. If you want to use something for any purpose just get in touch with us first.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel has been successfully delivered to the address you provided, it becomes your responsibility. Delays that happen on the courier side are unfortunately not something we can control. We do our best to pack and dispatch everything properly and on time but once it is in the courier's hands that part is outside of our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time if something needs to change. We will not always send a separate notice when that happens so it is a good idea to check this page every now and then. Continuing to use the website means you are okay with whatever the current terms say.
